Interesting, I'm 5'9 and just shy of 11 stone. I was before I started eating correctly and working out 12.5 stone almost 2 years ago.

Murdered shoulders the other night. 10 sets military press including 5x5 @50Kg.
Deadlift tonight, hit 190KG 1RM on Sunday at a competition so looking to smash that over the coming months. Hit a bit of a wall with these so may change up to a 5/3/1 set.

I've not been training again for a week. Went on a stag do at the weekend and I've got another cough/cold so laid off the exercise. Gutted as I really want to get back into it. Hopefully got rid of this cold by next week.

I had a good one tonight, body weight is back up to 122 and I'm eating like a machine. Following a poor over head session on Tuesday tonight was great squatted 170 5x5, followed by a load of fronties and assistance. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
Eating like a family of four again at the moment, it's mega!

I had a poor overhead on Tuesday, squatted 170 tonight. 170 over head for reps is elite level strength.
