Mine was tough today, the squats were hard at just just over 70kg, my left thigh felt like it was going to explode!!
Overhead press was also tricky. I didn't think I was going to make the dead lift, but I did.
Going to have a couple of days rest I think

For me the OHP and bench press are my weakest, at least mentally and because until I started this program, I'd never done them before so they are a bit intimidating.

Up for it tomorrow (although I've been exercising today but not weights, CV and HIIT style stuff), and tomorrow is:
Squat - 62.5Kg
BP - 55Kg
Rows - 55KG

Hopefully!!!

Have you been following the app and building up slowly? I've never felt sore unless I've left it a week or more and ignored the de-load. It's one of the things I love about this plan.

It's the friction.... Too much rubbing...

Straight to the gym after work today.
This programme is opposite to my way of thinking.. when I struggled and couldn't finish the last set of OHP, I was pleased. It meant I'd found a limit and I had to improve and get bigger and stronger.
Then on the next session on OHP, with improved form I finished the set. I was happy because it meant better form and maybe increased strength.
And today after a day at work, I whizzed through it and although it was tough and I was sweating, it wasn't too hard.
Yet I don't feel fulfilled...

There is some nice figures there! How long you been in the programme? Were you already experienced or food your start from scratch?

I've been at my current gym for 3 1/2 years but only focussed on a programme since last October. I've been mixing up 5x5's with a varied assortment of lifts focussing on powerlifting.
