Well, I wasn't exhausted and felt like I could've done more or gone heavier. But then when I'm doing it, I always feel like I've got a bit left in the tank, even on the occasions when I've pushed to exhaustion. Think my mind isn't completely tied in to my body....

Yep built up following the app, but I have a bad left thigh anyway. The squats and stretching have helped, but I can't get right down low, as my thigh just won't let me.
Waiting for a Dr referral to get out checked out, as it's been an issue for a couple of years

Hope the leg gets sorted mate.
I've woken up knackered! Knackered and pleasantly aching all over. Got to take the kids swimming this morning. Not proper swimming but I'll be taking and playing in the pool for an hour or so, do it'll do me good...

fudge me that was a tough session this morning!

Two days ago and two days before it, it was tough but made for a good workout.
Today, I REALLY struggled. But, I did get through it.
Had to extend the rest periods between the sets and on the deadlifts I had put the bar down between lifts, but only for a second or so.
Got home after and had a think about it...
Chicken salad for dinner last night then Greek yoghurt with nuts and seeds at 8.30pm and no breakfast, only water at the gym.
So I think I was running on empty and really paid the price for it. Won't be doing that again in a hurry!

In other news, I lost loads of weight on the program and still have a bit of belly fat to go, but I've noticed my weight is going up! In the last 4 days it's gone up by 0.4kg!

I assume you don't mean sets on the DL?
You are also meant to let the bar rest on the floor for a second on the DL, so that's fine. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Yeah not sets on the dead lifts, our I'd be the dead bit! I saw a video before of someone doing deadlifts but they were lifting the weight again as soon as it touched the floor, so no rest in the set and under constant tension. That's what I've been doing but it's to heavy for me to do that now.

I'm still doing 5x5 on the deadlifts - but will go down to 1x5 when I hit 100kg - possibly...as I have done 160kg in the past - but that was using straps - and I want to try and not use them at all... see what happens... data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
