The only difference i can see is there about 60p more expensive on MP than they would be if you bought them from Tesco's! Just paying for the name on the bag.

To be fair, I didn't even think about that! The price seemed decent enough and I just went for it! 60p isn't too much but I'll just get them from the supermarket next time!
Just did a quick comparison, not like for like, but it seems nutritional value is about the same. Quaker Oats with milk is 11g of protein per 100g of oats. MyProtein shows only dry oats value which is 8.5g per 100g.

Yeah i agree, got nothing against you buying them from their and as you say, what's 60p
Although i just realised the oats i got was a 2kg bag from Tesco for £2.09. So it probably does work out even cheaper than 60p but it's not a great deal so don't blame you for buying it altogether.

no- a) because the tesco oats your talking about taste like crap in my opinion and b) is not POWDERED like the MP Oats are. You treat them just like whey protien, scoop into shake with water, shake like buggery, drink. Done. A whole lot easier to do on the go or quickly in the morning, and I can actually stand the taste of them unlike tesco oats lol.
Theyre not like what you buy in supermarket although yes all be it theyre still oats, but thats why theyre called "INSTANT" oats- rather than just plain old oats. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Didn't know that either! What are they like if you make porridge with them?

Ready Brek are instant oats? It's a powder.
I think you're talking about rolled oats vs processed/milled oats. Not a great deal of nutritional difference. Just buy from the supermarket.

No idea, Ive not ever made porridge as Im not really a fan of it, but as this comes out as just like a thick protien shake I cant imagine it would be good for much else than what they market it for. It is however very useful for cooking etc- check out this guy he makes plenty of stuff using myprotien supplements- this vid he uses instant oats so you can see how theyre just powder like flour

I use MP instant oats too.
I usually buy them when they are on offer. The last time they were free with an order.
I put 2 scoops of them in with 2 scoops of protein into 500ml of water, shake like mad and drink.
Its a quick breakfast with protein, carbs and lots of water, so I find it suits me fine.

got my whey, creatine and dextrose through today
is it worthwhile taking all 3 together in one go - as in rather than taking 250ml of water with a scoop of whey, then 250ml of water with a scoop of creatine and then 250ml of water with a scoop of dextrose, is it "ok" to take all of the suppliments together with 250ml of water? or is it worthwhile keeping them seperate?
