Id not heard much about D3 before either, I might include it in my next order but it still doesnt sound life changing from what ive read if youre realitivly fit or have a good immune system.

Ive just added ZMA to my supplement stack... helllooooo good nights sleep tonight (hopefully!)

I started taking ZMA last week and in all honesty i've not really noticed any difference with my sleep.. Hopefully they take a few days to kick in.

Yeah Ive heard its very hit and miss with some people. Some get signs of testostorone boosts with it (lower sounding voice, acne etc) and really heavy sleep, others just see the sleep but nothing else, other not much at all. Be interesting to see where I fit in, but if I get any acne from it il be stopping immidiately or at least lowering the dose.

Its going to be hard to see if it does make a difference tonight as Ive just run 5.5k ha but we shall see

So been using ZMA a while, cant say Im as impressed with it as I had hoped, when I do eventually get to sleep it does seem to allow me to sleep deeper but it doesnt really keep me asleep per say (i still seem to wake up at like 4am for no reason) and doesnt help me get back to sleep any more than it should.

I am sort of appreciating the slightly deeper sleep though and may try it again but from a different company as it would appear myprotien dispite claiming theyre using the patient-ed formula it looks like theyre using a different version of zinc or magnesium or something- a slower absorbed version- so il try the real thing before dismissing it or otherwise

I'm the same as you TBH, i'm currently taking ZMA (Optimum nutrition) and i feel like i sleep deeper but i wake up a few times in the night. I've downloaded a sleep app on my phone and it appears my sleeping pattern hasn't changed since taking them. Will keep going tho to see if anything changes. I won't hold my breath tho.
