I always used MP unflavoured whey, tastes just the same as when you make powdered milk up, quite like it, plus i always add a scoop to my oat porridge every morning. Another bonus is that the unflavoured whey is cheaper than flavoured and also has less calories.

I actually eat my creatine on it's own. Dump the powder on my tongue and wash it down with water. Lovely....

you know - I thought that too as there always seems to be an offer after I've bought something from them too, that said - I bought a big order (beta alanine etc) when they were last upto 1/2 price (just after xmas?) and have just spent another 50 quid there... they're the kind of items I reluctant to pay full price for...

I take cod liver oil, I want to try take as many natural supplements as I can i've started buying these health bars before I go out running as part of my exercise regime, they have really helped give me an extra energy boost.

hardly healthy imo and certainly not a "natural supplement" of any sort.
