fudge me that was a tough session this morning!
Two days ago and two days before it, it was tough but made for a good workout.
Today, I REALLY struggled. But, I did get through it.
Had to extend the rest periods between the sets and on the deadlifts I had put the bar down between lifts, but only for a second or so.
Got home after and had a think about it...
Chicken salad for dinner last night then Greek yoghurt with nuts and seeds at 8.30pm and no breakfast, only water at the gym.
So I think I was running on empty and really paid the price for it. Won't be doing that again in a hurry!
In other news, I lost loads of weight on the program and still have a bit of belly fat to go, but I've noticed my weight is going up! In the last 4 days it's gone up by 0.4kg! |
