Hope your peanut butter remains intact and the lid doesn't get smashed like mine did. If you're going to freeze the chicken breasts make sure you separate them out into freezer bags first. I stuck the whole pack in the freezer. When I wanted to defrost a couple of them I couldn't break two off... so just ended up with a huge slab of frozen chicken//static.avforums.com/styles/avf/smilies/facepalm.gif Smashing the block on my kitchen worktop failed to separate them. I partially defrosted them though and separated them out.

50grams oats
3 egg whites
3 scoops of whey protien
100 grams of blueberrys (or chopped banana).

mix in a bowl untill thick, seperate onto a banking tray into 10 even sized blobs and cook for 15 mins at 240c.

Boom! (thanks to the musclecook for this from his book, anabolic cookbook).

£80 , the flat iron steaks were on deal of the day, at £21, so £2.10 per steak data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 , and when i ordered, it came up with sirloin steaks as a hidden offer, so i ordered them and cancelled the rump , so order was 10 sirloin steak, 10 flat iron steak, 5kg of chic breast and 1kg peanut butter for £80 , should do me for 3 weeks

When you say oats, would the powered instant oats work or just your bog standard stuff from the supermarket? I have some of the MyProtein instant oats which I was thinking about using.
