My last order with Muscle Food had problems, the box looked like it had been kicked about and when opened the sausages I ordered were hanging out of their pack data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
I emailed them and within an hour I had a call saying they were going to refund them and send me an offer by email which turned out to be a free corn fed chicken data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
They just need to add a bit of extra packaging to some of the more delicate items.

True, but if MuscleFood only half-fill the box then the contents are going to get shaken around. The boxes need to be tightly packaged with any space being padded-out with foam or those individual bubble-packs etc.

Natural peanut butter plus (bread / banana?) could be idea office food? Still on the lookout for idea office food that satisfies hunger pangs without needing to pig out on it, resulting in extra outdoor running work data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

The natural peanut butter could be your answer. If you had it on a slice of protein bread it'd be even better. Protein bread is quite 'heavy' and the peanut butter is very filling too... so you certainly wouldn't be 'pigging-out' on it.
I'm thinking of making some flapjacks with it.

Peanur butter on a couple.of oatcakes always fends off the pangs for me. Goes great with a cuppa too.

yeah, while not quite protein heavy - I make a slab of flapjacks on a sunday night and make 5 big slices to take to work for breakfast (and I'm normally still a bit full at lunchtime..!)
I don't weight the ingredients exactly but have ~
3/4kg oats
220 gram butter
loads of golden syrup (1/3lb)
mixed fruit etc - currently - dates cut fine, mixed fruit, sultanas, mixed peel etc, crushed nuts, coconut
and I've just added a couple of scoops of vanilla protein powder - and that's made the texture real nice...
been doing this for a few months, had to adjust the ratio of butter and golden syrup - as flapjack was breaking apart too easily...

pork scratchings
48.6g protein per 100g
(just don't pay attention to the fat content lol)
