I just placed an order for the 'Super Lean Luxury Meat Stack' offer for £75. Also ordered some other bits and pieces. It's coming on the 9th of August so we'll see how it goes.

My order arrived from 'MuscleFood'.
The packaging was terrible. I ordered four tubs of peanut butter and two of them had smashed lids...peanut butter everywheredata:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 At least all the meat is vacuum packed or in sealed trays.
Quite a bit of fat on the pastrami, chicken thighs and the steaks. Pastrami is delicious though, had some on a protein bread sarnie...yum. Chicken breasts look plump and delicious.

Just get straight onto them mate, they are good for sorting issues. The delivery companeies are **** though. Ive never had an issue, mine was spot on but ive never ordered anything that could get smashed. They will replace em im sure.
The breasts are amazing. I think my next order will be 10kg of chicken breasts and whatever they have on offer for the week.

Customer service is alive and well. I left a review on the site regarding the peanut butter and someone from 'MuscleFood' rang me. She was very apologetic and is going to refund me for the two broken tubs. Can't say fairer than that.
This is the kind of thing that makes the difference between ordering/not ordering from companies again if things go wrong. Just a simple phone call to address the issue, offer a refund/replacement etc and show the customer you care and want repeat business. Easy.
So I'll use them again for sure. The lady told me they are looking at using large bubble packaging to prevent such issues.

I had a similar good service from MyProtein a couple of weeks ago.
Put an order in for protein etc on a Friday.
This turned up on the Saturday.
Part of the order was a mixer bottle. This bottle had a crack in the bottom of it.
The box itself was undamaged.
I sent them an email on the Saturday and had a reply on the monday saying a new one was sent out.
This turned up on the Tuesday.
