i suspect licenced music is the reason for wipeout and gran turismo not being included. and dont activision now have something to do with crash bandicoot as they released the insane trilogy rather than sony

I guess they could remove any licensed music?

Wouldn't affect GT playing experience too much where most people turn off the in game music anyway.

Wipeout would be strange without the soundtrack though.

Also considering cancelling my pre order. The list of games is ok, but could have been a lot better.

Can see this dropping in price pretty quickly. Would feel a bit peed off paying full whack

It's very odd that system sellers like Gran Turismo, Wipeout and Tekken aren't on there. The racing games could be because of the (also odd) decision to not include Dual Shock controllers - GT would be pretty unplayable with one.

But I echo sentiment that this is pretty underwhelming. Prime for Nintendo to swoop in with their N64 announcment now!

tekken 3 is on there and wipeout didnt support dual shock and the licened music would prevent many games from being on the classic

sony cant just put what ever PS1 games they want on there they have to get publishers approval and work out the money side of things for each game with the publisher. some publishers might not want there games on there and some might ask for too much money for their game
