On my 'non-fasting' days I've been eating normally, not binge eating.
After a week of doing this I've found it's not possible for me to get through a whole day without eating. But I have reduced my overall calorie intake by cutting out morning/afternoon snacks, substituting bread with fruit/yoghurt/nuts, and skipping the evening meal.
Even after a short space of time I've lost about 3kg, and my BMI is bang in the middle of the ideal range. |
