Mike, without wanting to sound like your mother, if you have any concerns about your blood pressure, please go and get it checked out, it only takes 5 minutes and could be a life saver

I've been doing Intermittent Fasting for over a year now. 16-20 hours fasting everyday. Best thing I've ever started doing!

Dropped to 10% bodyfat with ease and maintaining that while putting on muscle. More energetic and healthy.

Glad people are catching on even though it's been around forever lol

16-20? What have you been eating outside fasting hours? And if youre putting on muscle you must be getting a good 1800  kcals in that 4 to 8 hour eating period? (If ive understood it right in that you need to be eating over bmr for muscle to grow?)

Here in 720 if anyone still hasn't seen it. http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=pD3ug4EaKb0&desktop_uri=/watch?v=pD3ug4EaKb0&gl=GB

So far lost a stone since starting and getting quite lean now.

Not sure where to go now, I'm looking to lose about another half a stone before starting some fitness training again and trying to build some more muscle.

Doing this diet also for the health benefits so not sure how to marry the two together. Need to look at the different fasting diets and might have to change. (I am currently doing 5:2)

Been IF for a couple of year on and off. Since starting this and the gym 2 and a half yrs ago I have lost 4 stone ! No aerobic work at all and I eat just about whatever I want but mostly stick with high protein on training days.
I so the 16/8 split and it really works as well as being the easiest diet ever.
Thoroughly recommend the leangains website......go there and start a new lidea
