most itx boards ive seen only have one pcie slot, for the gpu in this case.

Thats an matx board, you need an itx,

Components » Motherboards - Intel » Intel Mini ITX - Overclockers UK.

I really like the prodigy so my opinion would be to do it

Gosh darn it, really liked that one data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I though "m" meant mini and that's what was needed. Thanks for the link though, now I know my options data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I'll just have to mull it over and work out if the cost would be worth the effort now.

Thanks for the help!

You will never have more than one expansion slot with a mITX board. Cases will sometimes have two but that's for a fullsize GPU which takes up two backplate slots due to a ventilated slot/spread out outputs.

My GPU takes up 3 slots data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

That's another reason I think I'm going to knock the Prodigy idea on the head as I finally got the Xonar working tonight and don't think I could part with it now. I'll look into making a cable cover of just shove it in a cupboard with some fans mounted in the back data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
