Do like a fish finger sammich, with tartar though.
Big fan of ramen noodles from the local Chinese store. Cheap, tasty and ready in 2 minutes. Miso, Satay or Shin ones being the best.

Cheese on toast. The cheese has to be grated not sliced, and it has to be grilled until the cheese bubbles and browns, developing a slight crust.
1 for fried egg sandwiches as well, especially as I keep hens and the eggs are far fresher than from any supermarket.
