Do like a fish finger sammich, with tartar though.

Big fan of ramen noodles from the local Chinese store. Cheap, tasty and ready in 2 minutes. Miso, Satay or Shin ones being the best.

This is the best ketchup I've ever tasted: Wilkin & Sons Organic Tomato Ketchup 210g: Amazon.co.uk: Grocery

Cheese on toast. The cheese has to be grated not sliced, and it has to be grilled until the cheese bubbles and browns, developing a slight crust.

1 for fried egg sandwiches as well, especially as I keep hens and the eggs are far fresher than from any supermarket.
