sorry - yeah, I chill the protein bar, but I baked the flapjack... data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

and the size of the milk container is about 330ml - you can get 3 packs for about 1.20...that said, they've (protein bars) steadily grown bigger recently and I need to add more milk I think - as adding a drop of additional water doesn;t seem to work as well

Cool how lifting and exercising makes you both better in body and mind. It motivates you to be more mindful of what you eat and you feel younger (hopefully for much longer! Incidentally the Hodge twins are 40 this year. They look awesome and I think their physiques are impressive, even though some of their training methods are questionable).

It's 215 in those pics, that's the first time I've really pushed it and learnt a lot about how to attack it. Need to experiment with bringing my feet in, along with their angle, it should be like a standing leg press which should suit me, but it'll come good with more practice I'm sure.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Was thinking about this last night and it's the only way to get bigger and stronger. Bodyfat is easy to get rid of when you're training and eating right, it's just a matter of consistency and time. Nutrition is really important it doesn't sound like you're getting anywhere near enough food in, my wife will eat more in a day. It could be worth running with it for a few months and seeing how you like it, my training buddy (the blonde guy in the vids) is vegetarian and struggles to gain any sort of weight, currently he's around 95kg (edit I made him weigh in this morning, he's 97!) which is the heaviest he's ever been and looks better for it plus he's never been stronger in his life. Come summer time after our comps he'll drop the pudding easy and be back to having an 8 pack in a month.

How long have you stuck with the diet changes though ? When I've been hard cutting at 1800 cals then gone up to 2500-2700 again I've felt and looked bloated for a few weeks then my body adjusts and it all settles down. Give it at least4-6 weeks and log\photo the changes to see what happens

ok, will have to give it a proper go.
i only really tried for 2 weeks i suppose and just felt worse within myself. i thought i looked bigger/fatter and i was on the scales too. this automatically shocks me and just makes me want to train and not eat anything as i am worried about putting wait on and having a horrible physique etc.

will have to sit down and write up a decent meal plan and give it a proper try for at least a month or so.
