Was thinking about this last night and it's the only way to get bigger and stronger. Bodyfat is easy to get rid of when you're training and eating right, it's just a matter of consistency and time. Nutrition is really important it doesn't sound like you're getting anywhere near enough food in, my wife will eat more in a day. It could be worth running with it for a few months and seeing how you like it, my training buddy (the blonde guy in the vids) is vegetarian and struggles to gain any sort of weight, currently he's around 95kg (edit I made him weigh in this morning, he's 97!) which is the heaviest he's ever been and looks better for it plus he's never been stronger in his life. Come summer time after our comps he'll drop the pudding easy and be back to having an 8 pack in a month. |
