So much for squatting light to night and saving my lower back fir max effort deads on Saturday - It was in pieces anyway so I thought stuff it! Pressing tonight, not great but I've got an eye on Saturdays max deadlift attempt and without a spotter I kept the weight fairly low with a 3 count before pressing. Had some great advice from a former junior British champ about deadlifts to take on board and try out.
Flat bench - bar x 15, 60 x 15, 80 x 10, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 6
Incline flye - 12.5 x 12, 12.5 x 12, 12.5 x 12, 12.5 x 12
Viking press -80 x 5, 80 x 3, 40 x 10, 40 x 10
Overhead tri extension - 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 45 x 10
Dips - BW x 3, x 3

Woohoo, new deadlift pb and finally joined the five plate club, sadly it was my worst lift of the day and really burned me out for any more but a 10kg increase on my worst movement is a good improvement.
Deads - 60 x 10, x 10, 100 x 10, 140 x 5, 180 x 1, 200 x 1, 210 x 1, 220 x 1, 225 fail
Arm over arm into drag - 100 x 40m, 125 x 40m
My buddy got some pics which'll get put up later, but the vids on my phone are here, I reckon the fail looks like it would've been a better lift had I not been knackered!

Beast! Very impressed. Fairly good speed and no sticking. I'm impressed at your grip strength. Very few people can double overhand a 1RM and only do it with chalk, no straps!! Seriously good

Cheers, I keep getting told to try a mixed grip but I've never had my grip fail and mixed feels odd to me. Well mixed grip comes with the inherent risk of snapping a bicep tendon. You can minimise this by watching your technique and so on, but it's always there. And you have to keep switching hands to ensure you dont build imbalances. If DOH works for you, I'd stick to it.
