Scientific Steve's Venom Chilli Sauce - Macknade Fine Foods

Add real bite to your food with this chilli sauce from Scientific Steve! Inspired by the Trinidad Chevron Spider, this sauce burns in the same way a spider bite does… activating the same receptors in the body.

getting ready for this years chilli fest, have got 10 dragons breath plants coming through, along with 10 Carolina reaper chocolate and a mix of 40 plants including habanero, scotch bonnet, cayenne... apparently you have to abuse them to make them hotter.. so shout at them and let them dry out, gonna look like a right crazy in the greenhouse!!
going to make some of our own jams, sauces and salsas then dry the rest to add to cooks the rest of the year

I bought a couple of these. This was the first time I thought it was genuine pain and a man test eating it.

My go-to hot sauce is either Nando's XX Hot Peri-Peri, which is awesome on chips in particular, or Encona Extra Hot West Indian Sauce.

The hottest I've got in my small collection is this one, which is by far the hottest sauce I've ever had. It's called Regret. Check out the ingredients!

Just made a couple of jars up and am impressed with how easy it is to make and how much I'm going to save in the future.
