Its how TGI's make their buffalo wings, melt some butter, mix with hot sauce and pour over chicken - extra on the side for dipping

I love it to dip celery into

Tescos usually have it in stock, occasionally on special offer which is when I top up my stocks

Like Franks a lot too, so tasty.

I'm partial at the moment to a bit of a mixture:
2 parts Encona West Indian Pepper sauce
1 part ketchup
Lots of Tabasco

Walks the line between hot, sweet and that lovely Tabasco's flavour

This weekend I discovered Frank's RedHot Extra Hot. Thats the ticket, just the right mix for daily dipping. 12 mini scotch egg bites enjoyed a bath in the red stuff today, its a step up from the usual Frank's but not hot enough to detract from the food. Which I guess is the idea of a decent hot sauce; to add to the dish, rather than completely take over.

Found it at Sainsburys, and was no more expensive than Frank's RedHot. Gets 8 thumbs up from me data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

How does Flying Goose Hot Chilli Sauce compare to Cholula Origial Hot Sauce in terms of heat?

I've found that too! I often lick the sauce packet and got a real shock with that one! Be interested to know what it is.
