For anyone interested:

Had the Bhut Jolokia tonight, not much in a way of flavour - reminded me slightly of the heinz mulligatawny soup, couldn't really taste the jolokias in it; heat wise it was quite hot, hotter than a vindaloo from a take away etc but nothing overly hot.
Probably wouldn't get it again, not as good as the sharwood biryanis.

Hotter than a vindaloo but not overly hot data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Well it's no where near as hot as eating a bhut jolokia on its own data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
It's not as hot as a phal from a take away/restaurant either.

So I guess a restaurant would have it down as "very hot", or 3 chillis. But it wouldn't be the hottest they could do.

Anyone know what hot sauce that Dominos use? The one that comes in a little pot with the Chicken Kickers. Its an orangey looking sauce and I really like it. I read somewhere that in the US they use Frank's Hot Sauce. Don't know if that's true over here though?

Anyone got a recipe etc for a good pepper/peppercorn sauce?

Currently I use the Schwarz packets and add a dose of Brandy and cayenne pepper to give it bite.

It's not a hot sauce but does anyone know what garlic sauce dominos use on the side of all pizzas?

On a note of hot sauce I may give some of these a go data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7.

Tried Nando's Extra Hot Piri Piri Sauce and it's very nice. About as hot as I can do though. I'm no chilli head.
I also got a case of Cholula (original) from Amazon and it is really good. Rivalling my favourite Flying Goose hotsauce.
