If you've tried it & like it all well & good. But as above, I had an earlier MG15DFX briefly & was rather poor for the money. In fact it was rather poor full stop. Of course the CFX may be a completely different beast but thought I'd throw my tuppence in anyway.

No worries. Haven't tried the Marshall but the reviews were very good and Youtube demos seemed great. Will have to see when I get it data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

My LP Tribute arrived yesterday data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
Before the wife packed it away for my birthday I wanted to check it over to make sure it wasn't damaged. Damn what a nice guitar - feels great, plays great - love it.
I was just about to put it back in the box and thought "I'd better quickly check the Min-eTune". Even though it's not a feature I'm bothered about I tested it and what do you know, the A string tuning peg didn't work data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
I can tune the other strings and then obviously tune the A string manually but tried all the Google tips and it wasn't moving via the autotune at all. Looks like that peg just needs re-seating or at worst replacing.
Luckily I spoke to the shop this morning and they have one more so will swap them tomorrow. Just hope the new one has no damage as this one was perfect except for that one issue and I don't even care about autotuning anyway but as it's new felt I should get it sorted by them before I start doing it myself.
Although saying that it's quite a neat feature to be able to detune very quickly to Eb or dropped D etc...

The high e broke on mine shortly after purchase. It was fine automatically but the tuner button turned on the shaft when trying to adjust manually. Take care if turning them manually, the fine splines on the shaft aren't really up to the job of turning against the gearing IMHO.
A replacement tuning machine was sent from Gibson direct and I swapped it out in 5 minutes. Just one nut to remove on the face of the headstock and the individual tuner comes straight off.
Other than that hiccup I quite liked it.

It does look a doddle to replace and install. I've asked the shop to check the replacement over including the Min-eTune before shipping it out. I'm not bothered if I have issues a few months down the line but would like it all to be good on initial purchase.
I have to say after hearing several horror stories about Gibson QC and their finishes, the guitar I got yesterday was absolutely immaculate, every line was perfect, no dents or scratches on it and the fretboard was sublime, not a sign of it bring dried out or the frets being sharp etc... data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

In case you haven't stumbled across it, here's the Tronical Tune manual.

I have checked the forum rules, and it is explicitly forbidden to inform members about a guitar purchase and not post pictures.

Yep found that last night. Very useful manual compared with what's supplied with the guitar.

Right, decided... If the guy comes round tomorrow night to buy my Peerless (seems like I've been trying to sell this for ages, but I'm 95% there), I'm buying a Baja Telecaster. I was going to go crazy and get a 339, but the tele seems fantastic for the money. Just weighing up whether to get a new one or go to ebay.
