Well I just made tuna pasta for tomorrow consisting of: a tin of tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, green peppers, spring onions, sweetcorn, birds eye chillies (roasted, give a nice charcoal taste heat), and pasta. It makes a great lunch and tastes best cold-- you can just eat it through the day if you like. You can throw in any chopped vegetables pretty much. Very filling, ~35g protein. |
