I have recipes for protein pancakes and brownies and they both only use the whites. As mentioned, they don't taste like traditional pancakes/brownies but they still taste great.

First try at 'Natural cashew butter' plus normal small baguette (just bread, not the sandwich kind). Unbelievably filling feeling yet at the same time my stomach was not at capacity. Huh

Pork scratchings.

From Home Bargains for .29p

Called 'JA Pork Crunch' in a red and white packet.

25g bag, 118 calories, 17.73g of protein, 0.1 carbs, 5.22g fat (.98g sat fat).

Great snack and better than crisps.

all arrived from musclefoods, meat looks good quality, nice firm big breasts (erm...... sounds so wrong) lean steaks, they need to work on sending the peanut butter, hugh great dent in the container, luckily remained in 1 peice so no leakage, will use again.

They obviously haven't spoken to their packaging guys regarding the peanut butter. After mine arrived with two tubs having the lids smashed they said they were going to look at how they package items. If I were you 'mr ooops' I'd leave a review on the site and mention that the peanut butter arrived damaged. You get 10p to spend for each review you write too. You could mention you know others who've had the item arrived damaged.

Glad it all arrived though. I have to say the meat tastes so much better than supermarket equivalents. Having eaten plenty of the chicken breasts, beef, steaks and turkey this week I can honestly say they all taste great. In fact, just had a rump steak for lunch cooked on my George Foreman grill. Had it with three scrambled eggs that I make with low fat cream cheese and a couple of sliced tomatoes. Yum

not sure why more people don't look at using protein shakes if you are literally just eating for the protein? A decent quality powder will have 90 scoops per tub with a price of around £45 so your getting  25odd grams of protein for 60p
