And as we are quoting SCIENTISTS (not sure why we all have to write that in CAPS), we all know that in SCIENCE you must change one thing at a time. No use fasting and doing exercise. Or fasting and cutting down on carbs. Or fasting and exercising regularly. How on earth will you know if the fasting is having any real health benefit at all?
For all we know, the good healthy lifestyle change may have some influence and the time of your meals could have no influence at all. |
