The guy's name is Terence Kealey  .

The book is called "Breakfast is a dangerous meal "

It's been featured in numerous newspapers over the last few months ....

No energy , lethargic , moody , pesimistic , always craving sweet things or high carb foods like bread and so on , seeming hungry all through the day ?!
