The old saying about horses and water is clearly true

Only you guys can decide wether fasting is worth looking into and even trying .... maybe many years down the line some will live to regret not taking this more seriously  .

He says he has all but cured his own type 2 diabetes and many others as well , that's in the newspaper article I just quoted .


I've just been trying to pass on info about my success with fasting , how it helps with diabetes is a bonus not a reason for everyone trying it .

This the damming post where I supposedly said that this was  the guy was going to save the world ....

It was just a quick mention of him on page 5 of six pages of threads.

Clearly if someone is feeling happy and healthy and 100% then there is no need to make any changes or skip breakfast l

I'm guessing that won't apply to the majority though .
