You're more than welcome dude, Saturday mornings is strongman events, it's getting close to a couple of big qualifying comps so the atmosphere is amazing as the boys put in serious graft. Failing that any time at all I love watching pb's get set and can lend you sleeves etc

You're down south aren't you? Which City? I'll have an ask around to see if I can find out about any hardcore gyms, always a friendly bunch in any gym like ours, especially if you're going for maxes.

yeah, down in Kent, Canterbury. there is a place over in maidstone, but that is a little bit of a drive from me, especially late at night when i like to go.

Sometimes but not always, my closest gym isn't much bigger than the dumbell/bench area I go to and is very much a bodybuilding gym. I pass about 15-16 gyms on the way to the Warehouse
