Pressing tonight, not great but I've got an eye on Saturdays max deadlift attempt and without a spotter I kept the weight fairly low with a 3 count before pressing. Had some great advice from a former junior British champ about deadlifts to take on board and try out.
Flat bench - bar x 15, 60 x 15, 80 x 10, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 6
Incline flye - 12.5 x 12, 12.5 x 12, 12.5 x 12, 12.5 x 12
Viking press - 80 x 5, 80 x 3, 40 x 10, 40 x 10
Overhead tri extension - 45 x 10, 45 x 10, 45 x 10
Dips - BW x 3, x 3 |
