Cheers dude, I've seen loads of people I haven't seen for ages today and everybody has noticed the difference. Quite staggering the difference when looking back through the pics.

Messed my food up today by forgetting mid morning and mid afternoon meals, so I've been hungry as hell all day! Really enjoyed having Mrs C train with us tonight, she's putting in tons of effort and going great guns, her highlights tonight 30kg 5x5 strict press, 35x2 push press and she cleaned a 40kg log first attempt before doing it for reps!! Really proud of her she's starting to enjoy reaching the point of failing a lift so she knows where she's at.

Strict mil press - bar x 20, 40 x 10, 60 x 5, 80 x 5, 80 x 5, 80 x 5, 80 x 5, 80 x 5
Push press - 90 fail straight into 80 x 2
Log clean only - 80 x 5, 100 x 3, 110 x 1, 120 fail, 115 x 1, 115 x 1
Dips -  25kg x 5,  25kg x 4,  25kg x 4
Seated tri push down - 70 x 12, 56 x 12 (one handed), 56 x 12 (one handed)

Mrs C and I had a really quick events session as I'd been at a shooting competition around 8-3.30 and the gym needed to close. Really pleased with how fast I was moving, the new structure of not training on Friday is working well so far.

Arm over arm into sled drag, 20m each way - 60, 100, 150, 125

Barrel carry and press, approx 50kg, 15m each way - 90m, 90m, 60m sprint

Mixed one tonight, started well, caught up with some friends I'd not seen for ages which involved standing around for 20 minutes gassing and that threw me a bit as I'd gotten stiff and slow. So I dropped the weight back and refocused on speed, as the session progressed I felt better and looking forward to a max effort deadlift day on Saturday. After the talk on here yesterday on rows,I decided to try pendlay rows and really like them. Mrs C and I had a great 40m tyre flip sprint race to finish, she used a 125kg tyre and I used a 220

Deads - 60x12, 100x10, 140x10, 160x5, 190x5, 190x5, 190x5, 170x5, 170x5, 170x5, 190x3 (really quick)
Pendlay Row - 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 80x10
Plate lat pull down - 80x10, 80x10, 80x10
Tyre flip 220kg tyre - 40m sprint
