Bit of a change up tonight, as sets of 5 have worked well for me pressing I'm doing it for all the main lifts and focussing on speed. Around mid to late March I'm going to start doing 5,3,1 to start running up to the first comp in May.

Got home had a big feed and a good foam rolling session. The deads tonight were really good, broke the floor fast and felt like I could have done more. I found it so hard fighting that feeling as I'm waiting until the end of the month to pull something impressive! Looking forward to doing legs with a man mountain who's a 300kg squatter on Wednesday, it'll be my first session in Oly shoes if the courier gets them to me so fingers crossed I've not wasted my money! |
