Slow in a frying pan with lid. Turn up heat to brown with lid off.

Grill. Oven (if it's on for something else and I can't be arsed to grill), and of course BBQ.

Some sausages don't suit frying due to their skins though.

Ah, the traditional way to eat sausage in the British summertime.

The heat of the gril, the smell of smoke and of course the taste....

I love BBQ's like that. It means everyone avoids the sausages and I have 300 or so to tuck into. Charcoal is good for the bones. One mad old fool once told me.

BBQ.

Usually start them off indirectly for a good 10 to 15 minutes then finish them over the heat.

If I’m cooking in the kitchen, it’s usually the grill or the oven.

Preferred would be BBQ, not only do I enjoy being outside, I prefer the taste.

Did some last weekend on the Roccbox on a cast iron sizzler pan.
