For a long time I've had the Richmond's sausages (Irish Recipe), but since they were rather bland I've always had English mustard on them, as they were lacking in flavour.
Tonight, I tried Tesco's "Butcher's Choice Cumberland Sausages", and I found them to be quite tasty, better than Richmond's in almost every way.
But I've also heard people recommending their local butcher's sausages most of all, so I think next time I'll look at my local to see if his pork sausages are up to scratch. It'll be a fun odyssey, I'm sure. |
