Thin sausages in my pre-heated 180c fan oven are done in 18 minutes. In my old gas oven they would have taken 25 minutes.

3 explanations for why they are reported as not that hot:

1) They are Ghost Chillies, but they aren't fresh, so lack heat.
2) They haven't put very much in
3) krish was weaned on Naga Viper chillies, so was unaffected.
