Worked from 3 30 am in my bakery today didnt fancy anything too technical tonight.
Lidl sirloin in a bacon and spinach sauce made with clotted cream and Philadelphia.
Mushrooms onions Asparagus tomatoes , some local blue cheese with a side of our own sourdough.
Both done in a griddle pan and put in a lidded pan into the oven for 10 minutes with a garlic clove on each and lightly fried padron peppers, salad for me with seasoned chips (me) and small mushrooms.

Mistake I made was to do rump at same time as the fillet which did in fact overdo it slightly.
The fillet wasn't too bad, although could have been more like my previous pictured steaks and been more jelly inside.
