Nope it doesn't - I am not proposing that I wish to exhibit 'improper behaviour', I merely don't wish to see draconian, authoritarian regulation or oppression on peoples rights to say what ever they want however they want to say it as long as it isn't prejudiced/rascist/yelling fire in a theater.

- is not a proper and well constructed criticism of Reality TV shows or their audiences, it's just hyperbole aimed at expressing my general dislike for the format and it's social effects.
If someone wants to make similar comparrisons or hyperbole statements about political parties, politicians or policies, then I don't believe they should be stopped from doing so, no matter how much I agree or disagree with statement or it's offensiveness*.
*unless it's purpose or subtext is aimed exclusively at a particular ethnicity/gender**/colour
