I agree, I have to admit I'm fuming thinking about it. I'm hoping he was just being diplomatic and the report may be different.
I also felt like it wasn't really 'independent' as he kept saying 'us' a lot. "What do you want us to do?" "Do you want us to fix it here?"
At one point he noticed the plastic trim along the rear door sill hadn't been clipped back on correctly so he pulled out the rubber door seal from underneath it and clipped it in place. When he went to stand up the bottom of the rear seat lifted up. He checked the other side and that lifted up as well. "Oh, they must all be like this" he said. On the way home I thought "No, they have taken it out to work on the door". Sure enough I've since found out it should be locked back into position. They haven't even done that! |
