Well, I rang the insurance company and informed them I have rejected the repairs due to the poor workmanship. They aren't happy, especially considering the length of time it has taken and the cost of the repair. I pointed out that my wife and I have wasted a half day holiday each because they assured us it was ready to collect. That is a half day holiday we are now unable to take off with the kids at Christmas. Because they tried to fob us off with a sub-standard repair.
A Vizion Network investigator has been assigned and we have been assured this is "totally unacceptable".
I have also contacted Mazda UK to see if they do independent inspections of post-crash repairs. I explained the above to them and said I'd expected more from an authorised Mazda dealership. Mazda UK are not happy. |
