How can you tell if watch is connected to Wi-Fi too? Have disabled bluetooth to test and no apps work. Have BT home hub 4 but am on the 2.4ghz channel on iPhone (not 5ghz) just not sure where you go to connect to wi-fi?

The Watch automatically connects to the same Wi-Fi networks as your iPhone, but it only supports 2.4GHz. In your case it should be working OK.

Stand function not working at all now after reset. Says I have stood for 0 hours and app on iPhone says the same but also says 0 idle hours too. Very odd

Is wrist detection on? It doesn't work when it's off.

Siri is much better if you say "Hey Siri..." And just keep talking rather than pausing and waiting for the interface to appear. Just say it all in one go "Hey Siri text my wife I'm on my way home" works like a charm. Unless you aren't married.

Or you meant to text your girlfriend and not your wife data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Someone was having problems with the cycling workout? Just done a test with mine and works as expected. 7 miles. 30mins. 14.4mph average. 147bpm average heart rate. Everything looks fine. So, it's not a generic bug.

And before anyone mentions, no I'm not a cyclist. It's been years since I was on a bike...!

It was me. Support have just been on the phone for some more info. The other workouts are fine but cycling immediately turns from 0mph and 0ft to 4 lines.

Have you deifnitely got all the settings set to on on your iPhone via the settings - Privacy - Location services - then making sure all the possibly relevant options are correct (maybe maps, and a few in system services right at the bottom)

Other than that, I have no idea!

Good luck!

You can start another activity and no problems, it's just outdoor cycling.
