As mentioned elsewhere, you need to get your iPhone to forget the 5GHz network, and join a 2.4GHz network instead.

Yeah. I posted a while back about this. Forget your 5ghz network and join the 2.4ghz. Your watch should pick it up. To test turn your phone Bluetooth off. If it works turn Bluetooth on again. Do not forget the 2.4ghz network on your phone. It needs to be in the known networks list for your watch to use it. You can rejoin the5ghz network though so it's at the top of the known list and your phone will choose it first.

I love this watch but have found a few problems this morning if people can help me I would appreciate it.
Firstly the battery does not seem to be as steller as everyone says it is. not even been up 2 hours and the battery is down to 86% and to be honest I have hardly used it. Will it need a few full charges before it starts getting better? It's only just been charged once last night.
Secondly my emails are not downloading. I dont have push notifications on for emails, never have, but when I go to manually check there is no emails. However if I open my phone there will be 5 emails waiting. If I immediately go back to the watch and try again it will download 1 email, but no more. Why is it doing this? It was fine yesterday.
Also how do I know if my watch is on wifi or not? I have my wifi on the phone turned on but I dont think the watch is on wifi. How do I do this?
I have done a hard restart and am downloading the new software to see if this helps but can anyone help me? Thanks.

Who do you use for your email?
I know you say you don't push email, but do you have your email set to fetch every so often, or is completely manual checking of your email that you do?

Did you get all of your notifications to come through in the end?
Try restarting both the phone and watch, also I have heard some people having issues with the phone receiving notifications before the watch (even if the phone's locked) but this is usually resolved by restarting both the iPhone and watch or turning off the notifications that are causing the issue in the notifications settings menu, waiting, and turning it back on a minute or so later. That seems to be fixing it most of the time.

I use outlook/hotmail. The first option labelled outlook was set to "fetch" but changed to manual at your suggestion but the frequency at the bottom was always set on manual so not sure what it was. Just got my brother to send me a few messages and they came through on the watch when I check (after a minute delay) s fingers crossed.
Anyone got any battery suggestions?
Down to 64% now. Granted I've hammered it updating etc but it was still going down fast before that. Will it be better after a few full charge and power down cycles etc or does it sound faulty?

Can you change Outlook to push or is that not an option?

Yeah that is an option but fingers crossed it might be working ok now. I've changed those settings as you suggested and I put the watch settings to custom as opposed to mirror phone. I got the email from AVForums about your reply to this thread.

Why don't you have it set to push the notification?
I wasn't actually suggesting you change it to manually check email, lol! I was just asking how you access your email at the moment, but I'm glad to hear it's working anyway!
