"Nick" (see exaronews) named Heath as one of his alleged abusers, some of whom are still alive.
If they are arrested and there is enough evidence to prosecute them, then we may find out the truth about Heath either way. Heath seems more like a distraction story or the Police trying to get more witnesses to come forward using Heath as a carrot/stick.
As for Dan Hodges ? He's been quite dismissive of CSA for a while now, Heath is the perfect opportunity for him to express his view knowing that Heath being dead means there will be uncertainty over the claims.

You would think the wheels are coming off the Establishment over the Heath allegations.
Janner finally appeared in Court today, for all of 59 Seconds (his lawyers spent the morning trying to get a live video link to appearing at a different court. Magistrate was having none of it). He's been committed to Southwark Crown Court on 1st of September on 16 charges of indecent assault and six counts of buggery with nine boys. I'm assuming there will be a fitness to plead case first.
The charges have been amended according to Exaro -

Harvey Proctor, now there's a blast from the past. I have zero respect for the Monday Clubber, but perhaps he has a point about a "homosexual witch hunt". May not be wise having a pop at alleged victim "Nick", even if he's mistaken/lying.
He's on this evening's Channel 4 News at 7pm with his only television interview.

Homosexuality has nothing to do with Child Abuse, if somebody tries to conflate the two together then it's an attempt to distract people from what may or may not have happened.
I find it far more interesting that the Police have said nothing in response to Proctor and are still investigating items siezed from Proctor (apparently it's why things are taking so long).

Seems like more of an attempt to smear "Nick" than anything else, regardless of Proctor's innocence or guilt (let the process of the criminal justice system take it's course).
