Yes I know what is, the error I made was I thought it was the one that nearly got voted through last time.But it was way off, it was the Customs Union that came close, but looking at that one it doesn’t even stand up on its own - it’s a bolt-on.

Yeah I linked that this morning as it has a fair bit of detail of how CM 2.0 may look. But as far is I know it was an article done by an independent website? unless you know differently?
Nick Boles Motion specifically mentions joining both EFTA and EEA and not some kind of hybrid, George Peretz is a highly respected QC and likely to know more about this than you and I. His article has been retweeted by multiple MP's who all seem in agreement. Unless they are all being convenient with the truth?

For the life of me I cannot understand what the fascination is with membership of the Customs Union and why so many MP's are in favor of it - only one non-EU country has a deal like that and they are looking at getting out of it.

I think it is because it is a safe non-committal vote.It doesn't anything on its own.It just seems to bolt onto any leave deal as a bit of 'try this on too.
Bit odd because you could end up with a no-deal with customs union bolted on.
Or even CM2.0 with customs union bolted on.

Pity there isn't a crime of bringing Parliament into disrepute - Nick Boles would have been locked up by now.
