I ordered a Space Grey Sport 42mm at 08:05 and also got the 30th.  Nothing changed yet.
What's more annoying is that at 07:55 I was out on a run and had to sprint home as fast as possible to ensure a good data connection when ordering the watch.  My app was ready to buy at 08:05, only Apple weren't, so I missed the first batch :/

You could buy from Argos with an estimated 16th delivery.  £3.99 p&p but you get 1% back through Quidco.  (Until 16th comes and they tell you they're out of stock...)

TBH I can't see Argos getting any in before Apple themselves do. It's the SSSB saga from last year by the looks of things.

Mine has arrived from Argos.  Ordered on 12/9, should have arrived yesterday,
  Looks good, with the functions it should have had last year, incl GPS without linking to phone, water resistant.
  Suspect the HRM will not work during exercise as I read once, which is a bit annoying, but at the moment the HRM will not turn off!

Considering the Nike 42mm, how well do the aluminium and ion X glass hold up to scratches? I've currently got a black SS model and while the sapphire crystal is scratch free, I've today put a scratch in the black casing
