I don't know what you mean about the heart rate monitor. It takes a measurement at intervals during the day, and much more frequently during exercise. There was an update some time ago which changed the intervals it uses, but that's about it.

That could be it. My Fitbit surge monitors constantly during exercise, which as sensible. I suspect the iwatch used to only monitor at rest, but has been changed.

Looking for some advice. Has anyone stepped from the SS gen 1 to the SS gen 2, if so do you think its worth the increase in price. Just asking because i have a chance of buying a 2nd hand gen 1 SS at a good price. Seen the gen 2 SS in store today and I was very impressed with it, just trying to justify the extra £££.

Have to say guys, having used the iPhone 7 and Apple Watch 2 since Friday, my phone is sitting at 86% and my watch is at 87%

Both taken off at 9am after full over night charge

I'm pretty darn impressed by this, and It's with normal daily usage

Phone is on 86% since Friday?! Blimey, I've charged mine a few times already. I was down to 4% last night.

I do use Sonos, tapatalk, facebook messenger and BBC news quite a lot.
