Could you tell there was a screen protector on the watch when the BSE was applied?

One think I've noticed which I think is great, but many of you probably didn't even have this affect you

I wear T-Shirts a lot and I also, most of the time, fold my arms when standing or sitting down. When I had the first Apple Watch my left arm would sometimes touch down on the screen (Watch worn on right wrist) and next thing I know it's lighting up and wanting to change faces, sort of annoyingit did that

This new watch now no longer does that, a small thing to some, but I'm loving the watch more and more

I presume the screen has changed and needs more of a force to change things

Maybe they've adjusted the touch readings so a larger area of "touch" isn't registered as a finger press?

Only just.  Slightly orange peel but that's an overstatement.  It was a skin that went round the corners a bit, and I then covered it over with a thin case from Spigen.  But Spigen haven't released anything for Series 2 yet, or anyone else from what I've seen.

I'm impressed but not with everything. Very nice to look at, begrudgingly syncs music slowly, and so far has let me down in one key area.

Until > 130bpm on the WALK function it showed zero distance, then counted something.    After 60 minutes (2nd test of this) the distance started counting, along with the active calories.

So in just over an hour I've done 0.63km, most of which at the end.
At the end, after several minutes the total activity distance started slowly counting up and eventually totalled 4.07km.       If this is as designed I'm not sure it will be much use for many people to measure exercise.
According to Apple the active calories only increase when it registers a brisk walk.      At 118bpm I though I was going quite briskly.

Maybe mines faulty/set up wrongly, although I've calibrated it twice.  Do other people find the same thing (before it goes back) ?

It now appears to have finished counting the route it mapped perfectly at 6.49km, over an hour later

No idea as I've not used the workout app, but it doesn't sound right.  I always use Runtastic, and that has a walk option, writing to your activity rings and all that too.  Perhaps give it a go as a comparison?  I would have thought 118 bpm was enough to prove your being active.  If that was your resting bpm you'd need a doctor!

I've tried using runtastic and it immediately states it will only run when connected to an iPhone. I wondered if it didn't work with watch 2 yet,  if it's supposed to find the watch GPS in this version then this could indicate a fault.
I assumed that as the after run mapping appeared to be accurate the GPS must be working.

I might have found the answer from Apple insider comments re the next beta of iOS 10 "Where is the beta of watchOS3?  watchOS 3.0.0 is a buggy piece of junk.  Battery burn, workouts don't count calories, distance, stalls, delays, etc.  I was happier than a pig in sh with watchos2, but can't go back.
