I downloaded the first one .msi and the last one x64.  When it comes to install it just click on it and follow instructions.  Agony to wait but worth it.

Do that one after the .msi file. The other is not strictly necessary and I have not installed it yet.

Just had a text from John Lewis. It's ready for collection

So just picked up the surface very nice , they sent the wrong colour keyboard though so I'm not happy about that trying to get it sorted now.

Started to follow your instructions voucher to install a fresh copy but when I select use a device I then get the option, internal storage, usb storage or pxe network.

I select usb storage the surface restarts then just boots into Windows 10 nothing else is happening.

You should redo your USB stick.  Make sure it is bootable as that is what your problem is.  If it does not pick up the USB stick that is the cause.

Redone it twice still not happening, currently trying the media creation tool see if that helps
