I wonder how high up the team leader board we can get. I imagine we will start running into the serious people soon that have been doing this for years. Still based on the absolutely rubbish performance of my high spec p.c running folding who knows !

I wonder how long it takes for us to get in the top 1000. Iv nearly done my 5 one 92%.

I don't think you appear in the team list until you finish your first work unit after joining the team and depending on how busy the Stanford servers are it may also take 2 hours for your completed unit to register.

From what I've read the ps3forums team have already made it into the top 1000 with 1903 WU's, however getting into the top 100 won't be quick as the current team in the 100th spot have 89748 WU's (i.e. nearly 50 times as many).

I'm guessing my name won't appear until I've completed 1 work unit?

Your name appears on the Team list after you have completed your first Work Unit (and if you are within the first ranked 500!).
