A few people commented on the Folding project:  http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=492176  however interest seemed low.  I'll probably be doing it, not fulltime 24/7, but whenever i'm inbetween games taking a break say instead of turning it off i'll leave it on for 30 mins.

Anyone else intersted in joining?  

People can use the other thread above for discussing the actual worth of doing it...

I'd join - been a while since I've had anything to do with [email protected]  Having the ps3 on isn't a biggie compared to the mountain of electronic crap that's on in this house 24/7...

I'm part of Team Phoenix Rising. Having been there since late 2001 I'll obviously be adding my PS3 to my folding account over there .

Count me in  As far as i know (replying to the watt usage) the max the ps3 will use is only 380w which is around the same usage as a mid-end computer, althought ive tested mine soo far and it uses 160-200 watts depending on what im doing!

Gah, yet another PS3 thread dragged off topic.  Really guys, is it impossible to click on a link and continue a discussion elsewhere?

I assume once you download it there will be an option within the app.  Wait and see after the 23rd i guess?
