Bacon is the greatest food. Almost any food is improved by adding bacon. If a food isn't improved by adding bacon, replace it with bacon.

PS. It's Tomato Ketchup or Tomato Sauce.  I've still never heard the term 'Red Sauce' IRL.

Where I live red sauce is made from red chili peppers and green sauce is made from green chili peppers. That's what real men eat.
We don't do any brown sauce. Sounds like diarrhea.

I see this thread has been primarily about bacon in sandwiches. But the great beauty of it is its tremendous versatility. Oh and the taste of course. Mmmmm.  Sorry, losing my train of thought there.

Yes versatility. It goes very well as part of other meals. Bacon wrapped chicken, salads, etc.

One more unusual meal that I once had in Philadelphia a few years ago was a cappuccino cheesecake with bacon whipped cream.

The whipped cream had crispy bacon crumbled into it. And it was glorious.

Damn. I'm going to have to find somewhere to get a bacon buttie on my way to work now!
