I was all for the frying game until I discovered the oven method I linked way back, it works perfectly once you get the timing/temp sorted and creates the ultimate swine laden flavour delivery method for me with minimal clean up to boot.
Ah ... but there's no compare to grilling on tinfoil in the quick and easy stakes - just chuck the foil in the bin when done and hope that you haven't set off every smoke alarm in the street!
